All entries invited to pitch will earn a trip to Shanghai from FSG (main sponsor) once travelling restrictions have lifted to visit incubators to learn about the startup ecosystem so as to make a better decision if Shanghai will be the place for them. 1-2 award winners from the pitching session will be sponsored by the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program and earn an entrepreneurship grant of 300,000 Yuan.
01.Applicants can have any level of education so long as there is 1 PhD level entrant in the team.
02.Applicants should be considering Shanghai as their spring pad to launch in China and should not have started a business in China in the last 4 years.
03.Applicants can form a team up to 1-5 members to submit their project.
04.Applicants can either be funded or unfunded and be at any stage of development.
05.Applicants projects should fall under one of the three competition tracks and have an element of intellectual property.
